Jon was born in Ohio and relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, at the age of nine. Growing up in Jacksonville, he had the opportunity to explore all corners of Florida, appreciating the diverse beauty the state offers. However, Northeast Florida has always remained his true home.

Jon and his wife, Naomi, began their family in Jacksonville Beach, where they welcomed their daughters, Gillian and Kherington. In December 2012, seeking new opportunities and adventures, the family moved to Washington State. After over three years in the Pacific Northwest, they relocated once again, this time to Kentucky, where Jon discovered his passion for real estate.

In 2019, Jon and his family returned to Jacksonville to be closer to aging family members.
